Privacy Policy
Effective Date: June 14, 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how Cybrix, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), operating as Fortem, collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our ECS Fargate fleet management platform and related services (the "Service"). The Fortem control plane is deployed inside your own AWS account. Your workloads, secrets, environment data, and application traffic remain in your AWS account and are never accessible to or stored by Cybrix.
2. Information We Collect
Cybrix collects only what you directly provide to us:
- ·Contact information: Email address and name when you book a discovery call or contact us
- ·Communications: Content of emails you send us for support or sales inquiries
- ·Technical data: IP address, browser type, and referrer when you visit fortem.dev
3. What We Do Not Collect
The Fortem control plane runs inside your AWS account and authenticates via the task role (ECS Fargate) or IAM instance role (EC2) — no credentials are shared with Cybrix. The following data never reaches Cybrix servers:
- ·ECS task definitions, service configurations, or deployment history
- ·Environment variables, secrets, or Parameter Store / Secrets Manager values
- ·AWS credentials, IAM policies, or VPC configurations
- ·Application logs, CloudWatch metrics, or cost billing data
- ·Container images, source code, or database contents
- ·AI prompts, responses, or data processed via Amazon Bedrock
- ·Fleet Audit output — the audit skill runs entirely on your local machine
4. How We Use Your Information
- ·Respond to sales inquiries and schedule discovery calls
- ·Send product announcements and updates (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- ·Comply with legal obligations
5. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
- ·Cal.com: When you book a discovery call, your name and email are shared with our scheduling provider
- ·Email infrastructure providers: For sending transactional and marketing emails
- ·Legal requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights
6. Data Architecture
The Fortem control plane is deployed inside your AWS account. It runs as an ECS Fargate task or EC2 instance within your infrastructure and authenticates using the task role or instance role you configure — no access is granted to Cybrix. Your workloads, databases, secrets, and application traffic remain entirely within your AWS account. AI capabilities use Amazon Bedrock running inside your AWS account under your own Bedrock configuration. Prompts, context data, and model responses are processed by AWS within your account and are not sent to or stored by Cybrix. The Fleet Audit skill is a local AI tool that runs on your own machine against your AWS CLI profile. No audit data is transmitted to Cybrix.
7. GDPR
For European users, we are committed to GDPR compliance. Because the Fortem control plane runs inside your own AWS account, your infrastructure data never reaches Cybrix — there is nothing for us to hold, process, or delete on your behalf. For personal data collected on fortem.dev (email addresses, contact inquiries), you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. Contact us at legal@fortem.dev.
8. Data Security
We implement reasonable security measures including encryption in transit and at rest for any data we do hold (contact information, email correspondence). No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
9. Data Retention
We retain contact data until you request deletion. To delete your data, email legal@fortem.dev and we will process your request within 30 days.
10. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for users under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email.
